By enrolling with the Amgen Entrust Patient Support Program, you can order a Resource Kit that includes tools to help you begin therapy with ENBREL.
After you have filled your prescription and received your Resource Kit, you can schedule a training session at your home or at your doctor's office. In this session, you will learn the proper techniques for self-injection and give yourself or your child your first dose of ENBREL. Talk to your doctor or your child's doctor, or call the Amgen Entrust Patient Support Program to arrange for this training.
