Sign up for Enliven Services
It is reassuring to know that when you take ENBREL, you are not alone. Every person who has been prescribed ENBREL is eligible for Enliven Services. This service is available to you before your first injection and is there to support you every step of the way as you continue with your ENBREL therapy.
A wide variety of free support services and resources are available through Enliven Services to help you get the most from your therapy. A team of healthcare professionals and reimbursement specialists are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All services are free, optional and completely confidential.
There are several things you will need to do before you begin therapy with ENBREL. The most important step is signing up to become part of the Enliven Services community today. Signing up starts with a Service Request Form prepared by your doctor and faxed to Enliven Services. You can also enrol yourself by simply calling Enliven Services toll-free at
Verify your Insurance Coverage
Many insurance plans offer coverage for treatment with ENBREL, but you should confirm that your health plan covers ENBREL before you begin therapy. You can get individualized help from trained insurance specialists at the toll-free Enliven Services number. They can help you verify your insurance coverage or help you to find programs that may allow you to obtain coverage for ENBREL.
Order a Resource Kit
By enrolling with Enliven Services, you can order a Resource Kit that includes tools to help you begin therapy with ENBREL.
Schedule an At-Home or In-Office Lesson in Self-Injection
After you have filled your prescription and received your Resource Kit, you can schedule a training session at your home or at your doctor's office. In this session, you will learn the proper techniques for self-injection and give yourself or your child your first dose of ENBREL. Talk to your doctor or your child's doctor, or call Enliven Services to arrange for this training.
