Dosing Options:
Either once-weekly or twice-weekly dosing available
If you have rheumatoid arthritis (RA), psoriatic arthritis (PsA), or ankylosing spondylitis (AS), the recommended dose of ENBREL for adults is 50 mg per week.
Talk to your doctor about which of the following dosing regimens is right for you:
- One injection, taken once per week using the ENBREL 50 mg single-use SureClick Autoinjector or the ENBREL 50 mg single-use prefilled syringe.

- Two 25 mg injections, taken on the same day, once per week, using multiple-use lyophilized powder vials containing 25 mg of ENBREL per vial.
